What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. It's a proven way of improving your fitness and health and incorporates elements from high-intensity interval training, weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. While the aim is to get you fitter, we also want to get you stronger and teach you new skills.

Class Times

Mon to Thur

  • 5 to 6 in the morning
  • 16:30 to 17:30 in the afternoon
  • 17:30 to 18:30 in the afternoon
  • 18:30 to 19:30 in the afternoon

Fri

  • 5 to 6 in the morning
  • 16:30 to 17:30 in the afternoon

Sat

  • 8 to 9 in the morning

Feel free to drop in at our amazing facility anytime and meet the team, no appointment necessary, just check our class times.

Cost

3 Times Per Week

  • R550 per person (per month)
  • R900 per couple (per month)
  • Class training any 3 times per week excluding Saturdays. Saturday is free for you.

Unlimited

  • R700 per person (per month)
  • R1250 per couple (per month)
  • As many classes as you want per week

Other

  • R400 Student Unlimited (21 years of age or younger)
  • R400 Pensioner Unlimited (65 years of age or older)
  • R70 Drop-In (1st Drop-In is free. Saturday Drop-In is free)

It's easy. You just let us know you want to drop in for one of our classes (either by email, phone or just show up) and afterwards you can decide on your own time if you want to join. At least experience CrossFit before you decide to join.
